Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, FedEX, and UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

I came across information about your gluten-free bakery in the New York Times. I became excited when I saw that you do not use sorghum in the sandwich bread. Not only do I have Celiac Disease, but I am also allergic to many foods.

I was thinking about trying some of your products, but when I saw that you used Colissimo for shipping I became confused.

Colissimo is a French shipping company (and as I understand it, very expensive). Your bakery is in Utah. Please explain. (And how much is shipping?)

    Thanks.

That would be a great question for my web developer. We are based in utah and U.S. The standard Ways of U.S. Shipping forms – UPS, FedEx, USPS. Because our products are fresh all shipping has to be a priority which is more expensive it’s the only way that we can get you the product in a timely way. Let me know if there is anything we can do to further assist you!!

No. We do not freeze our product before shipping. It is all sent priority and strategically timed so that it reaches our customer within 3 days of being made. We strive to provide the freshest product possible.

We are unable to ship to Canada at this time because of customs it would take too long and the product would spoil.

Well, I never imagined finding you but am glad I did. I have a small GF/V food business that supports a nonprofit animal sanctuary. We are located at 5200ft in AZ. I have been trying for months to make a GF/V burger bun. I am pretty restricted in what I can eat because of food allergies, so of course, I haven’t had luck (esp not at this elevation). I am so excited to introduce your products to our customers. If you can ever find a way to leave out any potato (and corn) ingredients us allergy sufferers would be appreciative. Thank you for what you do, and more GFV items please!

Thank you so much for the reply. We are glad that you’ve been able to help the gluten free community in your area. We do have on our radar the idea of expanding our Vegan Friendly product line. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist. If you’re not already, we would suggest becoming a vendor. Thanks again

      Hello Zoran,

For the current time we are not shipping worldwide. Sending perishable fresh baked products overseas is difficult. Plan are in place to have this option in the future. Thank you

We are developing a series of GF breakfast or snack products such as, granola breakfast bar, cold cereal granola etc… but haven’t focused on hot cereal other than to offer Cert. GF Oats.

Hello, your products look delicious! Do you ship to the UK at all? If so, how much would shipping be?

Hello Sarah, thank you for the inquiry. Currently we are unable to ship to the UK unfortunately. But we will get there soon.
