    I just tried your sourdough and it is amazing. Soft, tasty, crisp crush and it toasted well to boot. Will try a cookie after dinner! Thank you for making a bread product that really replaces what I have given up to stay gluten free.

    I was very disappointed that I could not find a bread or bread mix that tasted good or even resembled bread at all. Then I found New Grains. I was searching for gluten free sour dough bread and your name popped up in my search engine. I went on your website and decided to try, reluctantly, your breads. I ordered the sour dough. When it came I was still wondering how it would taste and measure up. To my surprise it is the best bread I have ever eaten, wheat or gluten free either one. My sister loves it and she is not a celiac sufferer. She can’t wait to get over to my house and enjoy some of my sour dough bread.

    I rec’d your very expensive bread ( 2 loaves) and it was outstanding! I asked that you ship it the day you baked it, and apparently you did that because it seemed much fresher than previous order, plus the flavor was simply great. I’ve frozen one loaf and eating off the other.

    s a rule we don’t have bread in out house. (If I want sandwiches, then I buy a loaf of multi-grain bread.) We just got your samples yesterday, so my wife has yet to try them all. She has eaten a few slices of the sourdough bread so far and really likes it. The texture/feel of the other breads feels “right.” These look like the best GF breads we seen in 25 years.

    Just received my Gluten Free sour dough bread today. Couldn’t wait to open the box and try it. I have been Gluten Free for 4 years, and almost always, I skip on GF bread because of the consistency. I think you have changed my mind! Even my husband, who is not GF thought it was delicious! Yippee…l think I have found a winner. Thanks New Grains. Can’t wait to try the goodie samples next.
