    This pie crust is even better than my made for scratch pie crust! It is a bit firm when it comes out of the container, so I do microwave it briefly in 30 second increments in order to be able to roll it. I roll it with gluten free flour and put it in the pie pan and bake as directed. It produces a beautiful browned crust with delicious buttery flavor and texture. A must have for those who need gluten free.
