We operate in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility. We mill most of the flour we use, milling around 8,000 pounds of grains, and that’s on our slower months. We have expanded our facility four times in the last eighteen months to accommodate the growing demand for our products.
We manufacture the #1 sold naturally aged gluten-free sourdough bread on the market. We are in over 160 retail and food establishments across the United States. All meanwhile, maintain that family owned and operated standard that got us to where we are today… and this is just the beginning!
