Follow these steps
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl (if you have electric mixer, mix on low for 5 min)
Let dough rest for 5 min
Heat oven and metal pan or pizza stone to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Roll dough thin using tapioca starch to 1/8 inch or thinner to desired size
Precook crust in hot oven on pan or stone for 1 to 2 minutes (watch closely, you’ll see browning and blubbling)
Remove from oven and cover with desired toppings
Return to oven for about 2 min or until cheese is melted
