Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl mix together shredded coconut, flour, sea salt, and cacao powder. In a separate bowl mix together melted coconut oil, coconut palm sugar, vanilla extract, beaten egg, and mashed bananas. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Form round, gold size balls with the dough. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Gently press down on each cookie with a fork to partially flatten it. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle some sea salt on top. Let cool for 20 minutes.
