We do make cakes, give us a call at 877-977-6443, the sooner the better. We do have local restaurants that use our gluten free products, when you call for the cake order we would love to tell you where those are. Thank you again, look forward to your visit Maria.

Bookmarked this website page, will come back for more articles. You, my pal, ROCK! I found just the information I already searched all over the place and just couldn’t come across. Received my delicious gluten-free goodies, and I am so happy that I found you. Your sour dough bread is the best bread I have tasted. I ordered cookies, too, and they could not be better. Gosh, thank you so much for developing something for celiac patrons that are on par with the best bakeries I know. Bless you and your products. They are a blessing to anyone that needs to eat gluten-free.

All our grandchildren visited us this summer and for several weeks we had 10 in our home. I made a rule no gluten products as it is difficult to keep a gluten free kitchen if every family brings in their food preference. Everyone loved your bread, I had to double my order for the summer. thank you for providing such tasty bread.

Hello, my son has gluten, peanut, treenut, flax, and the other big bummer, eggs. Do you have a bread he can eat? Thank you steve in alaska

All of our breads have either flax or eggs or sometimes both. Our waffle/pancake mix does not have either one and could be used as a type of flat bread. Hope this helps.

I have been gluten free since 2006.This year I was tested and I need to avoid 9 other foods. This is the best tasting products of all that I have found. Thank you New Grains.

I am highly disappointed in the shipping options. Just because I live close to Provo, I have to drive there to get products??

My family was visiting Park City for a week. We r GF. It was on our trip to a grocery store that we discovered your GF, Egg free bread. It is the most wonderful bread I have had since being diagnosed celiac. We live in AZ. Do you supply Whole Foods, or Sprouts? I am certain your bread would be a high demand item. I live a few minutes from both stores in Scottsdale. Thank you so much!

      Hello Bettie,
We are so glad to hear that you love our products. We are working with
Wholefoods at the moment, however it is not finalized and may take some
time to get into them. We would love for you to check out or website,, and see what else we have to offer. We ship internationally
and we have a great deal: if you order over $45 you receive free shipping.
Thank you again so much for your email and we hope we can continue to get
products to you until we are in stores near you.

      Warm regards,

      Casandra Bradley

I’d like to know what items are good to freeze… I would love to order buns, english muffins, bread, cookies… but as the only celiac in my house, I need to know if i just order one thing at a time or if I can order what I might use 1 or 2 of in a week and freeze rest? thank you

    • New Grains () Reply ·

Thanks for the question. All of our products are good to freeze. The breads, English muffins, hamburger buns, etc. are good in the freezer for up to 90 days, and the cookies are good in the freezer for up to 100 days. We do recommend that you only freeze and thaw them once, otherwise they may be subject to dryness. Lots of our customers like to order in bulk and freeze most of the product. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
